About TIPYAN and the RESCALE Project<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>TIPYAN \u2014 Center for Development Economics &amp; Policy \u2014 is a Cairo-based research centre delivering evidence-based research, policy advice, and training across the MENA region. TIPYAN leads RESCALE, a knowledge-transfer project funded by the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>RESCALE will design and deliver a modular digital training programme to strengthen risk preparedness, digital innovation, and leadership among Egypt&#8217;s agri-food SMEs, with a strong focus on women-led enterprises.
