Dr. Meiling Chen is Master’s Supervisor at the College of Food and Pharmacy, Zhejiang Ocean University. She has published 15 SCI papers (8 Q1 TOP journals), leads provincial and industrial research projects. With strong international academic experience and fluent English, she provides professional services in research, technology consulting, product development, and international project collaboration.

Education

Dr. Meiling Chen holds a PhD in Food Science from Zhejiang University at 2012, with joint training at New York University (China Scholarship Council) for 1 year.
